Cassinelli Studio Legale assisted two former statutory auditors of a joint stock company active in the construction sector in relation to a liability action promoted by the bankruptcy conservatorship of the company itself, with requests for condemnation, in various capacities, for a value exceeding ten million euros.
At the end of the investigation phase, in which the arguments of the guardianship were refuted by the defence from a technical and legal point of view, the procedure decided to waive any claim against the statutory auditors and the respective insurance companies, also paying the amount due for the costs of disputes accrued.
