Born in Genoa on 25 March 1990, he graduated in law from the University of Genoa, presenting a dissertation about company law. He is Of Counsel to Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato, with whom he regularly collaborates on transactions and disputes of particular complexity.

As name partner of Cassinelli Studio Legale, he personally coordinates the areas of corporate law and extraordinary transactions, commercial contracts and high-value civil, commercial and corporate litigation. He regularly advises medium and large Italian and international companies on the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, on corporate governance and on the related disputes.

He has developed consolidated experience in assisting leading banking and financial institutions, both in litigation and in connection with credit assignment and securitisation transactions, debt restructuring and insolvency proceedings.
