General conditions of sale in the yachting sector: Cassinelli’s experience

As part of the review and reorganisation of its internal procedures, a leading Ligurian company, active in the production of paints for superyachts, entrusted Cassinelli Studio Legale with the task of identifying any critical areas and preparing guidelines and protocols to be adopted for the adequacy of the procedures with respect to the validity, effectiveness and opposability of the general conditions of sale and the related limitation of liability clauses.

The activity, of particular economic importance in consideration of the sector of reference, was handled by Nicola Cassinelli.
