Cassinelli Studio Legale assisted the buyers of a company active in the management of health residences in Liguria in a dispute arising from urban irregularities found in one of the buildings where the company’s activity is carried out.
By activating a special indemnity clause provided for in the share sale contract, the buyers have agreed with the selling company before the Court of Genoa – special section for companies.
While the dispute was pending, the parties settled the dispute by agreeing to a significant reduction in the sale price of shares.
The firm assisted the buyers with the coordination of Roberto Cassinelli together with Nicola Cassinelli.
