He is <em>Of Counsel<\/em> to <strong>Carnelutti Studio Legale Associato<\/strong>, with whom he regularly collaborates on transactions and disputes of particular complexity.<\/p><p>As <em>name partner<\/em> of Cassinelli Studio Legale, he personally coordinates the areas of corporate law and <strong>extraordinary transactions<\/strong>, <strong>commercial contracts<\/strong> and high-value <strong>civil, commercial and corporate litigation<\/strong>. He regularly advises <strong>medium and large<\/strong> Italian and international companies on the negotiation of complex commercial agreements, on corporate <em>governance<\/em> and on the related disputes.<\/p><p>He has developed consolidated experience in assisting leading banking and financial institutions, both in litigation and in connection with credit assignment and securitisation
